PTFE bubble point film is generally made of polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe) suspended powder as raw material, which is expanded and stretched to form a microporous film.

Bubble point film has a fibrillar microporous structure with a porosity of more than 88%, 1.4 billion micropores per square centimeter, and a pore size range of 0.1μm-0.5μm. This film is coated on various fabrics using a special process and substrate, it can become a new type of filter material. The membrane has small pore size, uniform distribution and large porosity. While maintaining air circulation, it can filter all dust particles including bacteria to achieve the purpose of advanced purification and ventilation. Widely used in pharmaceutical, biochemical, microelectronics and laboratory consumables and other fields.

Suzhou ptfe bubble point film material has the following characteristics: 1. High and low temperature resistance -200–+260 degrees, no aging, no splitting, no color change, and strong weather resistance after long-term use.

2. Non-adhesive, non-sticky, any dust can be easily removed, and the release effect is good.

3. The wear resistance coefficient is as low as 0.05, the lubrication effect is good, the energy consumption is reduced, and the wear is reduced.

4.PTFE bubble point film has stable chemical properties and corrosion resistance, and is a good anti-corrosion medium.

5. Flame retardant, does not burn in air. High safety when used at high temperatures.

6. Insulation, non-conductive, no leakage. Can be used as high insulation medium.

7. Non-toxic, in contact with human body, harmless to health.

PTFE rods/tubes/plates/membranes can adapt to various environments, so PTFE bubble-point membranes are mostly used in corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant industries.
