The ULPA grade ultra-high efficiency filter is based on HEPA and further strengthens the filtration effect of HEPA. The filtration efficiency of ULPA for particles above 0.3 microns reaches more than 99.99995%.

Compared with HEPA, ULPA has a more compact filter material structure and higher filtration efficiency.

ULPA filter has a larger filtration area and stronger dust holding capacity.

The ULPA ultra-high-efficiency filter element is made of ultra-fine glass fiber filter material and is folded with glue. The outer frame is made of aluminum alloy and is tightly bonded with polyurethane glue. It is light in weight and has high air permeability.

U16 grade high-efficiency filter material is prepared through a biaxial stretching process and is commonly known as the “King of Plastics”.

This material has a microporous structure with staggered fibers, achieving surface filtration and dust removal efficiency reaching 99.9%~99.999%. It can better block some extremely small particles with a diameter of 0.1um-0.3um. Dust enters the filter material.

Can operate at a continuous operating temperature of 240°C and an instantaneous temperature of 260°C.

It has properties such as high temperature resistance, alkali resistance, and hydrophobicity.
