JW800 series water-jet looms are a series of water-jet looms produced by Hangzhou Yinchun Machinery Co., Ltd., which was solely invested by Yinchun Machinery Co., Ltd. Suitable weaving varieties Suitable for weaving various man-made fibers and hydrophobic fabrics made of synthetic fibers as raw materials. Synthetic fiber fabrics include multifilament, twisted yarn and size-free yarn, and the fabric weight range is 40 to 500g/m. The weft range is 33~990dtex (30~900 denier). The double-pump double-jet machine can be suitable for weaving two yarns with large differences in fineness.
Structural type Box wall panels, special-shaped steel tube reinforced beams, stable structure and low vibration.
Shedding device The crank four-link shedding device can weave plain fabrics (up to 8 pages of heald frames). It can be equipped with positive cam shedding device (10 more heald frames) and dobby shedding (16 more heald frames).
The weft insertion device adopts a high-pressure water pump or double water pumps, a new annular nozzle, and the jet is highly concentrated.
The beat-up device adopts a short-handled double-sided drive multi-reed base four-bar beat-up system to lightweight the beat-up shaft and reduce mechanical vibration.
The warp let-off device adopts a heavy hammer to adjust the tension change and a stepless speed-adjustable let-off mechanism. The warp tension changes smoothly. The upper machine tension adjustment range is wide and easy to adjust. No other device is needed for compensation.
Coiling device Mechanical continuous indirect coiling, automatic tension adjustment mechanism, rod-type anti-rolling device, appropriate coiling tension, and ASP preventive parking gear device can be installed.
The length measuring device adopts the drum length measurement method mechanically, and the electronic length measuring device adopts ROJ and LGL electronic length measurement.
Control system The complete set of microcomputer control system adopts Japan’s Hokuetsu Denken, which has precise movements, few faults and strong reliability.
Lubrication system The main drive is box-type oil bath lubricated, and the others are grease lubricated.
