The GA735 flexible rapier loom is a mid-range flexible rapier loom independently developed by Zhengzhou Fabric Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Henan Fabric Machinery Factory) based on domestic market demand and absorbing relevant domestic and foreign technologies. Scope of application and fabric varieties This machine is mainly designed for light, medium and heavy cotton fabrics, taking into account filament and worsted wool fabrics. It is suitable for cotton, polyester-cotton blended chemical fiber fabrics, viscose, polyester, polyester-viscose blended chemical fiber fabrics, and the applicable spinning yarn linear density is 9.7~194.3tex (60~3 inches). It can weave various thin and medium-thick fabrics such as denim, fine canvas, corduroy, velveteen, work clothes, decorative fabrics, anti-down fabrics, etc. The transmission mechanism drives the entire machine through the motor, V-belt, electromagnetic clutch, and electromagnetic brake. Weft insertion mechanism: Clamp-type rapier head with flexible steel belt for weft insertion, and the weft yarn is transferred in the middle. Beating-up mechanism has separate reed base conjugate cams for beating-up. Warp let-off mechanism: Worm gear positive let-off. Coiling mechanism Intermittent coiling, weft density range 70~708 threads/10cm (18~180 threads/inch). Shedding mechanism: cam shedding spring return heald, use 8-page heald frame at most; dobby shedding, use 16-page heald frame at most. Weft selection device: Dobby mechanical 6-color weft selection or electronic 6-color weft selection. The weft supply device adopts a weft feeder to supply weft, and the weft tension is adjustable. Warp break automatic stop device 6 rows of electrical contact rod type. Weft stop device (sliding sensor) piezoelectric ceramic sensor. The weft-finding device is driven by the weft-finding motor to find broken wefts at the heald frame opening in the stopped state. Lubrication system Manual DCD (layered sequential quantitative), centralized lubrication system manual pump pressure 1.5MPa, flow rate 3.34mL/time.
