CR-M-1000 towel rapier loom is a high-end towel rapier loom developed and designed by Liaocheng Changrun Cloth Machinery Co., Ltd. on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology. The loom adopts the principle of warp movement for raising wool. The loop driving mechanism adopts a cam and four-link laminating mechanism, the pile warp let-off adopts an electronic let-off mechanism, and the control part adopts a microcomputer control system, which can realize complete machine monitoring and processing. Suitable weaving varieties: Suitable for weaving various natural fibers (such as cotton, wool, silk, linen) and various regenerated fibers and synthetic fibers, and can weave various types of terry fabrics. The shedding system can be equipped with electronic dobby machine and jacquard machine. The electronic dobby machine is equipped with 20 heald frames. Electronic jacquard machines commonly use 1344, 2688, and 6144 needles. All kinds of shedding devices are equipped with automatic weft-finding mechanisms, automatic weft-finding and warp let-off, and synchronized take-up mechanisms, which can effectively prevent “dense” paths on the fabric caused by the loom being stopped. Weft insertion mechanism The weft insertion mechanism is a double sword that supplies weft from one side. The flexible sword belt driven by the conjugate cam and the clamping weft clamper transfer the weft yarn in the center to complete the weft insertion. The optimally designed and carefully arranged conjugate cam controls the entire weft insertion process, which can make the rapier head’s leisure pattern more reasonable and ensure stable weft tension, reliable handover and smooth operation when the loom is running at high speed. Beating-up mechanism The beating-up mechanism is driven by a conjugate cam and has a short reed base with separate feet. It uses inertia to beat up to reduce the impact and energy consumption of leisure. The beat-up conjugate cam has the same high precision as the weft insertion conjugate cam, driving a strong short reed seat to ensure the beat-up force when weaving high-density fabrics and heavy fabrics. Let-off and take-up system The positive let-off mechanism adopts a compound adjustment system to ensure uniform let-off and stable let-off tension. The coiling mechanism uses a worm, worm gear and sprocket to actively and continuously drive the coiling roller to achieve continuous coiling. The weft density regulator is linked with the warp let-off and take-up mechanism, and the main weft density range is 30 to 800 threads/10cm. The pile let-off system adopts electronic let-off and advanced AC servo control system to facilitate the adjustment and control of the pile let-off. ​ Pile making system The terry making mechanism adopts a cam four-link fitting mechanism and adopts double broaches control. It can weave two terry fabrics of different heights at the same time, and terry fabrics can be made every 3 wefts (4 weft terry is an optional accessory). The satin file encryption mechanism adopts a double-plate positive electromagnetic clutch to realize the stop and take-up function to meet the towel satin file requirements. Weft selection mechanism: Eight-color electronic weft selection mechanism, controlled by an electronic control system, allows the selected weft yarn to be introduced into the shed according to the pattern design requirements. Control and detection Adopt a microcomputer control system, with functions such as automatic stop for warp break, automatic stop for weft break, automatic weft search, fault detection, automatic weft selection, and LCD display. All operations of this loom are button operations. Jog, start, stop, forward and reverse rotation, and weft search all have their own button operations. These buttons are installed on the square beam. Indicator lights are installed on the square beam. The red light indicates stop for weft break and the green light indicates stop for warp break. The electric control box is equipped with a main motor, a control switch for the vacuum motor, a manual and automatic transfer switch, and a red emergency switch for cutting off the power supply in an emergency. Buttons etc. The selvedge device has a leno selvedge device and can be equipped with fold-in edge and hot-melt edge devices. Lubrication device: The main transmission gear train adopts oil bath lubrication, the balance shaft bearing adopts regular forced lubrication, and the parts without oil bath adopt sealed bearings.
