Teflon microporous membrane is polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe), commonly known as the “King of Plastics”.

It is a synthetic polymer material that uses fluorine to replace all hydrogen atoms in polyethylene.

This material has a microporous structure with staggered fibers, high porosity, and small and uniform pore diameter.

It has properties such as high temperature resistance, alkali resistance, and hydrophobicity.

Teflon microporous membrane is mainly used in the following fields: (1) PTFE air filter membrane used in pleated filter elements of vacuum cleaners and indoor air filter pleated filter elements, with good filtration performance, small membrane pore size and strong hydrophobicity ( 2) PTFE industrial dust removal membrane used in industrial fields, filters particulate matter, dust removal, long service life and stability.

(3) PTFE bubble point membrane used in medicine, food, and bioengineering. The membrane pore size is adjustable and has hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity.

(4) PTFE clothing membrane used in clothing and equipment has the characteristics of waterproof, windproof and breathable, keeping the human body dry, warm and comfortable.

(5) The PTFE electronic film used in precision electronics and electrical appliances can circulate air smoothly, effectively block water droplets, has good film rigidity, moderate density, and small sound insulation loss.
