Machine adjustment and maintenance, machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting
(1) Operators must be trained to fully understand the structure, working principle, operating methods and performance of the machine, strictly abide by the operating procedures, refuel regularly and clean up dust to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
(2) The saw blade must not touch the ribs.
(3) Regardless of the size of the fault, it will be shut down for repair. You must stop to adjust the distance. It is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the work box when the machine is running.
(4) Prevent abnormal impurities from entering the work box. If you hear strange noises or smell a burnt smell, you should stop the machine immediately for inspection.
(5) After a certain period of work, the teeth of the saw blade will gradually become dull. In order to avoid a decrease in production efficiency, it should be milled in time. Generally, it needs to be milled once every 24 to 48 hours of work. When the milling times are too many, the tooth shape will change greatly, and the teeth should be punched again and then sanded before use. When the diameter of the saw blade is less than 280mm, the production efficiency drops significantly and it is not suitable to continue to use it. Before disassembling the saw shaft, you should first remove the holding plate to reduce the weight of the work box.
(6) Electrical faults of the machine shall be inspected and repaired by full-time personnel. In case of emergency, press the “emergency stop switch”. When the “manual, automatic” switch is in the “manual” position, press the “working box open” or “working box close” button to control the working box to open or close, and release it to stop. When the transfer switch is in the “auto” position, if you press the “working box open” or “working box close” button, the working box will only continue to move until the electrical stroke limit. Press “Work Box Stop” and the work box will stop at any time.
