PU foam
PU foam
Foam is a material made of foamed plastic particles, referred to as foam. Foam is divided into PU foam, anti-static foam, conductive foam, EPE, anti-static EPE, PORON, CR, EVA, bridged PE, SBR, EPDM, etc.
Foam has a series of characteristics such as elasticity, light weight, rapid pressure-sensitive fixation, easy use, free bending, ultra-thin volume, and reliable performance.
PU foam introduction:
PU foam (also known as PU sponge, PU foam material, polyurethane sponge, sponge, etc.) is a new multi-functional special foam material with rich properties, wide range of uses and best-selling.
Foam is divided into PU foam, anti-static foam, conductive foam, EPE, EPP, flame retardant foam, anti-static EP

Foam properties
Features:
●Low pressure and very good shielding effect, the shielding efficiency exceeds 90dB.
●Elastic and light weight.
●Anti-corrosion nickel coating can prevent electrochemical corrosion.
●Low surface contact resistance.
●Quick pressure-sensitive fixation.
●Customers can specify the length.
●Many cross-section options.
●UL grade fire protection.
Stickable mylar sheets (valet double-sided tape) have stable product quality,
Resistant to hot pressing, not easy to fall off, high tensile strength,
After the product is installed, it will operate from a low temperature of -20℃ to a high temperature of 80℃.
This quality is still maintained after 72 hours of cycle testing.
It is easy to use, bend freely, ultra-thin,
Reliable performance and a series of features.
PU foam production process:
PU foam is made by mixing foaming resin, foaming additives and adhesive resin (to make the finished product adhesive), and then foaming it. A foam sponge can be made by mixing raw materials such as ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) together, placing them in a mold to foam, and using mechanical force to break the closed cells.
PU foam expansion:
PU foam is soft in texture, resistant to heat (can withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees), and is easy to burn (flame retardants can be added). It is a plastic product produced by a bonding reaction between polyurethane and TDI or MDI. Depending on the size of the inner bubble, it can exhibit various densities and can be molded into various shapes as needed.
PU foam classification:
PU foam mainly includes polyester and polyether types, including air, water and oil filter sponges, water-absorbent sponges, non-absorbent sponges, shock-absorbing and breathable cushioning sponges, breathable and water-impermeable crusted sponges, anti-static sponges, and ordinary sponge series. Slow rebound sponge series, injection sponge series, craft sponge series.
PU foam characteristics: It has the characteristics of thermal insulation, heat insulation, sound absorption, shock absorption, flame retardant, anti-static, and good breathability.
PU foam uses:
It is widely used in household appliances, instruments and meters, craft gifts, wood products, glass ceramics, building waterproofing, sound insulation, travel luggage, clothing, home textiles, shoes and hats, toys, furniture, children’s products, pet products, product packaging; including automobiles Industry, battery industry, cosmetics industry, bra and underwear manufacturing and high-end furniture manufacturing. lFig7xhBf0
