Control System
The control system of the water-jet loom has roughly the same functions as other shuttleless looms. It is mainly to ensure the normal operation of the water-jet loom and complete the quick start, positioning braking, fault detection, and electronic weft storage of the water-jet loom. Modern water-jet loom control systems usually adopt the following forms:
Relay control system; PLC control system; single-chip microcomputer control system, etc.
According to the classification of models, they are roughly: Tsudakoma series, including Yinchun models; Toyota series, the original Nissan models, including Shenyang Textile Machinery models. Among them, single-chip control systems are widely used, and PLC control systems also occupy a certain share.
The control system of a water-jet loom generally has a CPU chip and a display system, which can be networked with the central computer in the workshop; display, count and print the main operating data of each loom; and can monitor the operating status of the loom itself. Display and monitoring facilitate the production management of water-jet looms.
