4. Poland and Vietnam are absent.

5. Indonesia:

(2) Indonesian National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS): The import volume of the products involved has declined in recent years, but the applicant’s operating performance has not improved. KPPI should investigate the applicant’s performance Reduce the causes.

(3) The Indonesian Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) stated that KPPI needs to pay close attention to whether the applicant’s production decline is caused by the epidemic or a sudden increase in imports. KPPI can conduct investigations in accordance with applicable WTO rules.
