On June 21, 2018, the Turkish Ministry of Economy issued Announcement No. 2018/23, making final anti-circumvention rulings on polyester yarn imported from mainland China, Taiwan, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia: The company involved in the case circumvented anti-dumping measures by exporting partially oriented polyester yarn (Turkish: poliesterlerdenk?smençekimliiplik), so it decided to levy anti-dumping duties based on the CIF price (CIF price). On February 25, 2017, the Turkish Ministry of Economy issued Announcement No. 2017/5, launching an anti-circumvention investigation into polyester yarn originating from mainland China, Taiwan, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia. : Examine whether the companies involved in the case circumvent anti-dumping measures by slightly changing the products involved.
