Guinea military clothing factory opens for production
According to Guinean media guinenews, Guinean President Conte recently attended the opening ceremony of the military uniform processing factory. The Minister of Defense of Guinea and the Ambassador of Turkey to Guinea attended the opening ceremony.
President Conte pointed out that with the opening of the military uniform factory, the Guinean army will stop importing military uniforms from abroad in the future. From now on, the Guinean army will all wear military uniforms and military shoes manufactured by the Guinea Military Uniform Factory. In addition, the military uniform factory will produce uniform uniforms, ending the current situation of non-uniform military clothing.
President Conte also stated that in the future, military uniforms will be embroidered with special symbols to distinguish regular military uniforms from fake military uniforms. He pointed out that there are currently many gangsters pretending to be in military uniforms to commit unjust acts and confuse the public. This situation will improve in the future.
In his speech, President Conte also asked the military to participate in economic construction, especially agricultural and industrial construction. At the same time, the military will work with the military police to maintain national security in the future.

Guinea’s newly built military uniform and shoe factory is invested and constructed by the Turkish Karkat Company. The site is located in the Camp Alpha Yaya Diall military camp.
The military uniform processing factory was an old enterprise with a long history and was closed down in 1994.
Turkish Karkat S.A. invested US$32 million to renovate, reconstruct and expand this old factory. The new factory covers an area of 8,400 square meters and is designed to process 720,000 sets of military uniforms and school uniforms annually.
