Turkey makes final anti-dumping midterm review decision on Chinese polyester flat yarn

On July 12, 2017, the Turkish Ministry of Economy issued an announcement to make an affirmative final anti-dumping midterm review of polyester flat yarn (Turkish: Di?erleri, poliesterlerden) originating in China, India and Malaysia and to investigate the cases involved. Products are subject to anti-dumping duties of US$0.15~0.30/kg (see the table below for details). This case involves products under tax code 5402.47.

On September 7, 2016, at the request of the Turkish manufacturer Korteks Mensucat San.veTic.A.?., the Turkish Ministry of Economy initiated an anti-dumping midterm review investigation into polyester flat yarn from China, India and Malaysia.
