India plans to hold elastic monofilament anti-dumping investigation hearing

The Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry recently informed our office in a letter that it plans to hold an anti-dumping investigation hearing on elastic monofilament (Elastomeric Filament) at 3:30 pm on October 7 in the meeting room of the bureau.

On January 27, 2016, at the request of the domestic industry Indorama Industries Ltd, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry launched an anti-dumping investigation into elastic monofilaments originating in mainland China, Taiwan, South Korea, and Vietnam. The Indian customs codes of the products involved are 54041100, 54024400, and 54026990.
