1. The pre-processed fabric must be refined and clean. The residual surfactant will affect the waterproof effect. The pH of the fabric before finishing must not be alkaline;

2. Choose the appropriate baking temperature and time. Too high temperature and long time will reduce the waterproof effect;

3. When it is necessary to improve the penetration effect during padding, 2-5g/l isopropyl alcohol or 0.2-0.5g/l non-silicon foam inhibitor penetrant can be added;

4. Softener may have a great impact on the waterproofing effect. If you want to use it in the same bath, you must test it first;

5. Subsequent processing such as calendering, scratching, and coating may have a great impact on the waterproofing effect, and it is necessary to test and adjust the process in advance;

6. There may be problems with color change and color fastness during processing, and pre-testing is required.
