Fabric process
1. Flat warp and crepe weft
Warp – Raw material inspection – Batch warping – Sizing – Doubling – Drawing and reeding
If the warp is single wire or DTY mesh (heavy), it only needs to be warped in sections.
2. Crepe warp and crepe weft fabric (twisted)
Warp – raw material inspection – rewinding – twisting – shaping – section warping – shuttle reed
Weft thread – raw material inspection – rewinding – twisting – shaping – winding
3. Flat warp and crepe weft
The relationship between the organization chart, the drawing chart and the pattern chart
The heddle eye controls the warp, the heddle controls the heddle eye, and the pattern controls the heddle.
