Types of Silk Fabrics
(1) Crepe de Chine: It uses plain weave, the warp is untwisted, the weft uses two left and two right strong twisted silk, and the silk surface has a uniform crepe effect.
(2) Georgette: A fabric that uses plain weave, uses two left and two right strong twisted silks for warp and weft, has a balanced and light texture, and has gauze and crepe effects on the silk surface.
(3) Bi crepe, the warp is untwisted, and the weft is made of birch crepe thread (20/22Dx3 plus S twist 1600T/m, and then combined with 20/22D1, plus Z twist 1600T/m), which is a fine crepe fabric.
(4) Shunyu: A fabric with no twist in the warp, strong unidirectional twisting of silk in the weft, and a vertical crepe pattern on the silk surface.
