High temperature resistant film is a type of plastic film. As the name suggests, the most important feature of this type of film is its high heat resistance.

The traditional definition refers to those with a temperature resistance of 200oC or above as high temperature resistant films. According to the heat resistance grade of film insulation materials, those with a long-term operating temperature of H level 180oC or above can be called high temperature resistant films.

The polytetrafluoroethylene high-temperature membrane produced has a fibrillar microporous structure. The porosity of the membrane can reach more than 88% or even higher, and the membrane has 1.4 billion per square centimeter. Each micropore has a pore size range of 0.1um-0.5um. The ptfe high-temperature membrane has high and low temperature resistance (-200℃-260℃). It will not age, split, discolor, and has strong weather resistance after long-term use.
