PTFE biaxially stretched film is made by fully mixing PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder with additives and then entering the extruder. The powder is pushed and extruded into strips of PTFE, and then rolled into a film under a rolling machine. .
After heating to remove the additives, it can be stretched longitudinally and transversely. After heat treatment, shaping, cutting and winding, a biaxially stretched microfiltration membrane is obtained.
It can ensure complete retention of bacteria and other impurities while having a large flux.
The material is resistant to high temperatures, strong acids and alkalis, and has wide chemical applicability. When used for gas filtration, it can achieve 100% retention of various phages, bacteria and particles above 0.02um.
