India makes negative final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese tape fabrics
On June 30, 2018, the Anti-dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that it had decided to make a negative final anti-dumping ruling on Belting Fabric originating in or imported from China. The products involved in the case were dumped, but did not have any adverse impact on domestic enterprises in India. On August 23, 2017, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement that, in response to the application of the Indian company SRF Limited, it would launch an anti-dumping investigation into tape fabrics originating in or imported from China. The dumping investigation period is from April 1, 2016 – On March 31, 2017 (12 months), the damage analysis period includes 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and the dumping investigation period.
