“Second Amendment to the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement” import tariffs on cotton yarn remain unchanged

General Administration of Customs:
According to the “Import and Export Tariff Regulations of the People’s Republic of China” and the Second Amendment to the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement approved by the State Council, it was decided that starting from July 1, 2018, Imported goods originating from Bangladesh, India, Laos, South Korea, and Sri Lanka are subject to the agreement tax rates of the Second Amendment to the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement. Please see the attachment for specific tax items and tax rates.
