Since April, four fires have occurred in textile printing and dyeing companies in Puyuan Town, Tongxiang City, and one company even had two fires within seven days. While the Tongxiang Fire Rescue Brigade conducted “one case and three investigations” on enterprises that caught fire, it also carried out investigation and rectification of fire hazards in textile printing and dyeing enterprises in the township, and imposed administrative penalties on four enterprises to vigorously crack down on fire-fighting violations.
During the inspection, fire supervision and inspection personnel conducted a comprehensive inspection of the fire evacuation passages, safety exits, fire equipment, fire safety management systems, etc. of each enterprise to find Fire safety hazard.
After investigation, it was found that some companies have employee dormitories and production workshops in the same building, sharing stairs, and occupying fire trucks. Passengers, occupying fire prevention distances, unauthorized removal of manual alarm buttons in the automatic fire alarm system and other fire-fighting violations, the brigade investigated Puyuan Hengli Fulling Factory, Tongxiang Jinda Dyeing and Finishing Co., Ltd., Tongxiang Jingdu Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., which had hidden dangers. The company, Tongxiang Hengyue Textile Finishing Co., Ltd. and other textile companies have imposed administrative penalties totaling 50,000 yuan.
