In recent years, with the improvement of my country’s economic development level, some new products and new technologies have been well applied, and pp spunbond non-woven fabric is one of them.

Imported spunbond non-woven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric. It directly uses polymer slices, short fibers or filaments to form the fibers into a web through air flow or machinery, and then undergoes hydroentanglement, needle punching, or hot rolling. Reinforced and then finished to form a non-woven fabric, a new fiber product with soft, breathable and flat structure.

There are many types of non-woven fabrics.

Imported PP spunbond non-woven fabric has high strength, small difference in vertical and horizontal strength, aging resistance, and a melting point between 164 and 170°C. Its products can be sterilized at temperatures above 100°C.

It has excellent features such as no deformation at 150℃ without being affected by external force.

Can be used in air filtration, wallpaper, ground protection, packaging, swimming pool filters, seawater desalination front-end treatment, cables, packaging, biofilm technology and other fields.

The pp spunbond non-woven fabric supplied has excellent high-frequency insulation properties. Since it hardly absorbs water, the insulation properties are not affected by humidity. It has a high dielectric coefficient and can be used as the temperature rises. It is used to make heated electrical insulation products with high breakdown voltage and is suitable for use as electrical accessories.

It has good resistance to voltage and arc, but has high static electricity and is prone to aging in contact with copper.
